EXPEDIA celebrates Halloween with a scary animated short film, "GETAWAY". I was asked by THINK LABS MEDIA, a Toronto based company, to direct this spot, leading an all star team through character, background, and prop design, as well as animation and post production.
At the time I was animating on shows with soft edges and round features. This was loosely based off a friend and co worker.
With a manageable budget, I was able to hire Angela Pan for her skillful sense of value and colour, laid over my line work.
